Ken Sandness

Ken Sandness joined the Cascade Medical Foundation Board in September 2025, bringing with him the experience of a 40+ year career in the manufacturing industry. (He retired in 2022 as vice president of manufacturing for Travis Industries in Mukilteo).  

In 2004, Ken and his wife, Joyce, and their two boys built a home in the Kahler Glen Community near Lake Wenatchee, where many of their outdoor hobbies and recreation could be enjoyed.

Upon Ken’s retirement in 2022, he and Joyce moved here full time, continuing to enjoy travel, live music, great food and outdoor adventures — just some of the passions they share.

So, when the opportunity presented itself for Ken to join the CMF Board and personally contribute to an organization that for more than 30 years has made such a positive difference to the quality of health care in our community? 

"It was an easy decision," he said.
