• A new endoscope for upper endoscopies (esophagus, stomach and duodenum)
• 2 new colonoscopes (different sizes)
• An ultra-high-definition monitor and video system for enhanced accuracy.

"Jive Time in the Cascades," Cascade Medical Foundation's annual fundraising concert, is returning to Silvara Cellars on Aug. 29, 2026, once again featuring the popular local band, "Bandits of the Animal Kingdom," plus food, camaraderie and the "Buy It Now Board." Tickets will go on sale in July.
Dine out in style at restaurants hosting Benevolent Night events throughout the year. Our generous hosts donate a portion of the evening's proceeds to the Foundation. Experience fantastic food and support a good cause.
