Lew Wagman

Lew Wagman joined the Cascade Medical Foundation Board in late 2026, after retiring from a 45-year career in technology, including leadership positions with Amazon Web Services, Microsoft, NVIDIA, IBM and other organizations. He brings experience in leadership, strategy and building strong teams to his service on the Cascade Medical Foundation Board.

Raised in Southern California, Lew has called Washington home since 2006. He and his wife, Kelly, first began spending time in Leavenworth in 2007 and have been full-time residents since 2020. They share their home with two very enthusiastic bernedoodles.

Healthcare and community service have long been important to Lew. His father spent his career in the medical field and led the Medical Foundation for San Gabriel Medical Center, giving Lew an early appreciation for the vital role hospitals and community support play in people’s lives. Lew previously served as Vice President of the Wenatchee Kennel Club and currently chairs its agility trials.

In retirement, Lew enjoys golf, woodworking, traveling the country with Kelly in their van, and building the infrastructure to support Kelly’s ambitious gardening plans. He especially values time with their two grown sons and first grandchild. Lew is grateful for the opportunity to serve on the Foundation Board and support Cascade Medical’s exceptional care and its importance to the Upper Valley community.
