Cascade Medical Foundation's annual fundraising concert, Jive Time in the Cascades, is coming Saturday, Sept. 20, to Silvara Cellars, 77 Stage Road, Leavenworth.
This year's event features the popular local band, Bandits of the Animal Kingdom, combining pop covers and original music with engaging vocal harmonies and a mix of instruments that include mandolin, ukulele, guitar, bass and saxophone!
Tickets ($20) will go on sale in August. Wine from Silvara and food (from Chop Chop Provisions - owned by Mission Burgers' & Chicken Christian Mikkelsen) will be available for purchase during the event. Attendees also will have access to the "Buy It Now Board," offering gift cards to local businesses for a bargain, with proceeds to benefit Cascade Medical Foundation's current campaign — the purchase of a cardiac monitor for Cascade Medical's new Mobile Integrated Health vehicle.
Special recognition goes to Kahler Mountain Club, as our main event sponsor, along with Cashmere Valley Bank, Ogden Murphy Wallace and the dozens of businesses donating gift cards for the Buy It Now Board fundraiser.
