Our fall board retreat, held at beautiful Mountain Springs Lodge, was an opportunity to think deeply and strategize for the upcoming year.
We found out, through an anonymous survey, that we have a very high level of board satisfaction and effectiveness. You can't often say that about a working board, with so many members (right now we have 20).
And we're working to make these things even better:
- Events, including the Golf Classic and Banquet
- Communication through many channels to keep the community informed of our work and goals
- Appreciation of the community for their part in supporting Cascade Medical
- Fundraising diversification, including planned giving and grant applications
