Tracy Stavang joined Cascade Medical Foundation in 2026.

She retired from a career in education where she worked as an elementary and middle school teacher. She started the KIT (Kids in Transition) homeless program for the Everett Public Schools, in conjunction with Volunteers of America.

She graduated from Crookston Central High School (MN), earned her Bachelor’s degree from Moorhead State University (MN) and her Master’s degree in Education Admin. from Seattle Pacific University.

She and her husband, Kevin, bought their home in Plain in 2016, and moved there full-time three years later. They have kept active with all the area has to offer: hiking, biking, skiing, snowshoeing, side by siding. They also enjoy traveling. Their two daughters and their families come to visit from Seattle. Life is even sweeter since the birth of their first granddaughter.

Tracy is involved with Plain Valley Adventure Women, Lake Wenatchee Fire & Rescue Auxiliary and Upper Valley MEND.

She looks forward to working with Cascade Medical Foundation to support and grow health care in the community.
